Caesar salad is considered quite a restaurant dish, however, it is not very difficult to prepare it at home. At the same time, its original taste will be preserved, and the entire cooking process will take no more than 40 minutes in time.
It is necessary
- - skinless chicken breast fillet;
- - Iceberg salad (you can use a ready-made mixture of "Belaya Dacha" salads);
- - a pack of white croutons with cheese (you can cook them yourself);
- - 1 yellow bell pepper;
- - 10 cherry tomatoes;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - mayonnaise;
- - grated cheese (any hard varieties will do);
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast and cut into squares (for lovers of fatty dishes, you can fry the pieces in olive oil until golden brown).
Step 2
Cut the bell peppers into squares and the cherry tomatoes in halves. Add vegetables to the chicken and season with mayonnaise to soak the chicken breast.
Step 3
Squeeze two garlic cloves to the contents of the salad. Grate cheese separately on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Put the lettuce leaves in the resulting mixture; add croutons. Mix everything, smearing a little with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the whole salad with grated cheese on top and add black ground pepper.
