Take note of this dessert, which can be easily and quickly prepared in nature.
It is necessary
- For 8 servings:
- - 8 large bananas;
- - 0.5 tsp cinnamon;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. brown sugar;
- - 0.25 tsp nutmeg;
- - 8 tsp rum;
- - 150 g butter;
- - 0.5 tsp salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a mixture of dry ingredients in advance: in a small, tight-fitting bowl, mix cinnamon with half a glass of brown sugar, nutmeg, and salt. Also, do not forget to take with you to the picnic the foil in which we will bake our bananas.
Step 2
Already directly at the picnic, cut the peel of the pre-washed fruit lengthways, without removing. Cut the butter into small pieces and put it inside the "pocket".
Step 3
Then pour the sugar mixture inside. Add rum (if cooking for children, this option can be omitted) and wrap each banana in foil. Place in coals and bake for 5 minutes. Then take it out (not with your hands, of course), let it cool for a couple of minutes, carefully unfold it and eat with a spoon straight from the banana boat!
