"Black in foam" is a delicious cake made from inexpensive ingredients. But there is also an alcoholic cocktail with the same name - invigorating, energizing for a long time. Both are prepared simply and do not require strict adherence to proportions.
"Black man in foam" (cocktail)
The ingredients of the drink are 50 ml of vodka, 200 ml of Coca-Cola, half a teaspoon of instant coffee. Pour coffee into vodka, pour cola. Be careful - there is a lot of foam, so it is better to use a tall glass for cooking. Serve the cocktail chilled, but do not use ice.

To prepare a cake with the same name, you will need the following ingredients: 2 eggs, a glass of milk and sugar, a glass of jam made from any berries (blackberries, blueberries, black currants), a teaspoon of baking soda and 2 glasses of flour. For the cream, prepare 2 cups of sour cream and half a cup of powdered sugar.
Beat the eggs in a bowl - with a mixer or a whisk, add a glass of sugar, beat again. Now enter into the mixture sequentially: milk, jam, flour, soda, with the addition of each ingredient, mix everything well. Divide the mixture into 2 equal parts. Grease a baking dish with oil, pour one part into it and bake the cake from it in the oven at 180 degrees. Then do the same with the second part. Then you can cut the cakes into smaller layers. Each should be well smeared with sour cream - for its preparation, whisk sour cream with powdered sugar. Form a cake out of the cakes soaked in cream, stack them on top of each other. Put the rest of the cream on the top cake, you can add cocoa to the cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, decorate with nuts. Refrigerate the cake for a few hours.
