  • - 400 g chicken fillet;
  • - 350 g flour;
  • - 150 ml of warm water;
  • - 2 pinches of chopped dill;
  • - 2 medium eggs;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic (you can have more - to taste);
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of milk;
  • - 250 g of any hard cheese;
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt for the dough;
  • - 1 teaspoon of dry spices.

Instructions

Step 1

Sift the flour and collect it with a slide, make a depression at the top and break one egg into it. Pour warm water into the well, add a teaspoon of salt and knead into a stiff dough. Leave the kneaded dough at room temperature for half an hour.

Step 2

Wash the fillet, fill with water (no need to salt water) and boil. Cool the boiled chicken meat, then divide into fibers. Combine chicken, egg, 3 tbsp. spoons of milk, 250 grams of grated cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of your favorite spices, black pepper (to taste), chopped dill and chopped garlic cloves, stir, the filling is ready.

Step 3

Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface. Roll out the dough thinly. Use a glass to cut out the circles.

Step 4

Sprinkle flour on both sides of each circle. Place a portion of the chicken filling in the center of the circle. Fold the filled circle in half and pinch the edges. Then join the corners together. This will make a big dumpling.

Step 5

Line a baking sheet with baking paper, sprinkle with a little flour and lay out the dumplings. Place a baking sheet of dumplings in a cool place for half an hour.

Step 6

Cook the dumplings in salted water until tender. If desired, dumplings can be fried in butter or vegetable oil.
