A great option for a light and tasty lunch in nature!
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 450 g flour;
- - 230 g butter;
- - 6 g of salt;
- - 1 tsp Sahara;
- - 4 tablespoons water;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 10 ml lemon juice.
- For filling:
- - 4 large apples;
- - 6 tbsp. Sahara;
- - cinnamon to taste;
- - two handfuls of raisins.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour and salt, combine with sugar. Grate the cooled oil on a cold grater. Chop with dry ingredients into crumbs.
Step 2
Beat the egg with a fork with lemon juice and pour into the flour mixture. Knead the dough, add water a little at a time and collect the dough into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 3
Then we roll it into a round layer 3 - 4 mm thick, using a rolling pin, transfer it to a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet. We return to the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the apples into thin slices, spread them overlap on the dough layer, retreating about 3-4 cm from the edge of the cake. Sprinkle raisins, sugar and cinnamon on top. Bend the edges, giving the biscuit a round shape. We send to the oven for 30 - 35 minutes, until browning. Serve warm or chilled. Those with a sweet tooth can, if desired, sprinkle a little more powdered sugar or sprinkle with drops of honey.
