It is necessary

Clean the fish, rinse, cut off the head. Fins, if desired, can be left (for beauty).

Cut the peeled onion into rings.

Scald the lemon with boiling water - so it will be more juicy and cut it into rings.

Combine salt and pepper, then rub the fish on all sides (outside and inside) with this mixture. Leave the fish in the refrigerator for ten minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Put three lemon circles in the carp (inside).

Spread the foil on a table and fold it in two layers. Do not grease, the fat from the fish will be sufficient. Place the onion and leftover lemon on the foil. Place the carp on an onion and lemon pillow.

Carefully wrap the carp in foil and transfer to an ovenproof dish. Bake the fish for about 40 minutes. Focus on your oven, you may need a little more time.

After 40 minutes, remove the carp from the oven and carefully cut through the top of the foil. Put the fish in the oven for another ten minutes, during which time it will acquire a delicious crust. If desired, you can turn on the grill mode.

Transfer the finished fish to a plate. Remove the lemons in the carp, the onions can also be thrown away. Garnish with fresh lemon and serve.
