Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, salt and dip the eggs into it, boil them hard. After they have cooked, cool them and cut them lengthwise into 2 equal pieces with a knife.
Step 2
Extract the yolks from the cut egg halves. Place them in a separate cup and mix with foods such as sour cream, cream, mayonnaise, mustard. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Grate the lemon zest. Add it to your yolk mixture. Also add cayenne pepper to the same dish. Do not forget to salt and pepper the filling. Mix everything. This mass must be laid out on the halves of the egg whites. If you want, you can decorate the dish, for example, with boiled shrimp or herbs. Eggs with spicy filling are ready!
