Sweet tooths are nowhere without sweets. I propose to prepare a delicate and delicious dessert called "Courage". It is pretty quick and easy to do.
It is necessary
- - cottage cheese - 250 g;
- - walnuts - 100 g;
- - dried apricots - 150 g;
- - cognac - 50 ml;
- - cream 35% - 150 ml;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse dried apricots thoroughly, then transfer to a separate cup and fill with cognac. Leave the dried fruit in this state for 2 hours. After the time has elapsed, place them together in liquid in a blender, add 1/2 of the total sugar and chop until puree.
Step 2
Transfer the walnuts to a skillet without oil and fry them for 6 minutes, stirring continuously. Let cool, then turn into large crumbs.
Step 3
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve and combine it with the cream. Mix everything thoroughly. If the cottage cheese turns out to be dense, then do not be lazy to pass it through a sieve a couple of times.
Step 4
Break the eggs, mix with the other half of the sugar and beat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the mass of cottage cheese and cream to the resulting mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Take glass cups and place dessert in them. It must be laid out in layers, that is, either a curd mixture, or mashed dried apricots. Do not forget to sprinkle chopped walnuts between layers. In this form, send the dish to the double boiler for 20 minutes. Dessert "Courage" is ready!
