- - 300 g chicken fillet
- - 1 large onion
- - 5 pieces of chicken eggs
- - a bunch of greens (dill, parsley)
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - 1 tbsp. sour cream
- - salt pepper according to your taste
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the rice until cooked through. Grind the chicken fillet in a blender along with the onion, garlic, salt, sour cream and 1 egg. You should have minced meat that needs to be salt and pepper.
Step 2
Boil the remaining eggs, peel and carefully cut in half, remove the yolks. Grate cheese, cut greens. Toss half the cheese with egg yolks and herbs. The resulting mass should also be salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Fill the protein halves with this mixture. Take a muffin mold and put a tablespoon of minced meat on the bottom, 1 spoonful of rice on top, an egg on top of it with the filling down and fill the mold with minced meat to the end.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese a few minutes before cooking. The dish is ready, you can serve it to the table. Bon Appetit.
