Step 1

For this recipe, mushroom varieties such as white, boletus, boletus, boletus, boletus are optimal. Mushrooms must be pre-processed. To do this, take each mushroom, carefully clean the leg and cap from visible dirt. Rinse thoroughly.

Place horseradish leaves, currant leaves, parsley and dill sprigs on the bottom of the pressure cooker. Top with salt, sugar, and then add the rest of the spices (cardamom, pepper, cloves, garlic).
