Step 1
For this recipe, mushroom varieties such as white, boletus, boletus, boletus, boletus are optimal. Mushrooms must be pre-processed. To do this, take each mushroom, carefully clean the leg and cap from visible dirt. Rinse thoroughly.

You should also prepare a pressure cooker. Processing mushrooms in a pressure cooker will allow you to preserve valuable substances and make a preparation in your own juice.

Place horseradish leaves, currant leaves, parsley and dill sprigs on the bottom of the pressure cooker. Next, take the mushrooms and chop them into small pieces that will be convenient to put in a pressure cooker. Fill your pressure cooker with mushrooms. Top with salt, sugar, and then add the rest of the spices (cardamom, pepper, cloves, garlic).

When all the ingredients are in the pressure cooker, close the lid and place on the hotplate. You should not add water, as a large amount of juice will be released from the mushrooms during the cooking process.
Step 5
As soon as the temperature in the pressure cooker is at its maximum, reduce the heat and cook for another 20-30 minutes. The temperature in the pressure cooker is high enough for the mushrooms to boil completely and remain firm.
Step 6
At the end of cooking, turn off the pressure cooker, open it. The number of mushrooms will be halved. Take a teaspoon of vinegar and add to the pressure cooker. Mix thoroughly. Be sure to remove the large green leaves from the mushroom mixture.
Step 7
The last stage is transferring the mushrooms to dry and pre-sterilized jars, which should be filled up to the neck. Let the mushrooms cool slightly and roll up with sterile lids. Ready-made cans can be put on the blanket with the lids down and wait until it cools completely.
