Step 1
Make the dough first. To do this, take a small saucepan and add the following ingredients to it: water, salt and butter. Put this mixture on the stove. When it boils, add the sifted flour to it. Mix everything quickly so that no lumps form. Remove the resulting mass from the heat, then gradually add eggs to it, and stirring each one thoroughly.
Step 2
Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment and put the resulting dough on it using a teaspoon. There should be 30 balls. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and send these figures to bake for 10 minutes. When this time has passed, lower the oven temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 25 minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the nuts and divide into 2 equal parts. By the way, for this cake, you can choose them to your taste, that is, any.
Step 4
Place the egg yolks and condensed milk in an empty saucepan. Put this mixture on low heat and cook until it begins to thicken. Then cool it down.
Step 5
Pre-soften the creamy little, then mix with powdered sugar. Pound this mixture until white. Then add a mass of condensed milk and egg yolks into it in small portions. Add half of the chopped nuts and brandy there. Mix everything thoroughly. The cream for the cake is ready.
Step 6
Cut the baked dough balls in two. Put the cream on one of them with a teaspoon, and put the second on top. Do this with all the cakes.
Step 7
Put the fondant in a pot of water and put on fire.
Step 8
Dip the treat into the heated fondant mass by placing it on a fork. Decorate the top with the remaining nuts. "Nut" cakes are ready!
