It is necessary

  • For cakes:
  • - 3 glasses of flour;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of honey;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of vodka;
  • - 2 teaspoons of soda;
  • - an egg;
  • - butter.
  • For the cream:
  • - 500 ml of milk;
  • - 160 g of sugar;
  • - an egg;
  • - potato starch, flour, vanilla, condensed milk.
  • For impregnation:
  • - 150 g of cranberries;
  • - 100 g of sugar;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of water.
  • For glaze:
  • - 100 g of natural yogurt;
  • - 60 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 50 g of icing sugar;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream liqueur.
  • For decoration:
  • - canned cherries, biscuit crumbs.

Instructions

Step 1

Make a custard. Mix the egg with sugar, beat with a whisk, add starch, flour, stir again. Heat the milk, pour some milk into the egg mixture, stir, now pour the egg mixture into the milk in a thin stream. Boil the cream until thick and stirring. At the end of cooking, add vanilla, cool. You can add condensed milk, but this is not necessary.

Step 2

Prepare the dough: melt the butter in a water bath, add the egg, honey, vodka, soda, sugar. Add vegetable oil, add flour, stir and remove from the water bath. Knead the dough from these ingredients, leave to rest for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for half an hour. Divide the custard dough into 15 parts, roll each part thinly, bake the cakes for 2 minutes until golden brown.

Step 3

Prepare the impregnation: put the cranberries in a blender, beat together with sugar and hot water. Saturate each cake with the impregnation. Then coat the cakes with cream, connecting them to each other. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 4

Prepare the icing: melt the chocolate, add yogurt, icing sugar, stir, cover the finished honey cake with icing. Grind the remnants of the cakes into crumbs, sprinkle the edges of the honey cake with it, decorate with canned cherries on top. The honey cake with custard and cranberry impregnation is ready.
