Do you know that an ordinary casserole can be turned into a wonderful dessert, which is not a shame to serve on the table for tea for guests, for friends and family. There is a simple recipe for this dish with prunes.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for a homemade casserole:
- 250 grams of cottage cheese 9% fat,
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch
- 2 eggs,
- 50 grams of sugar
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
- 250 grams of prunes, pre-soaked in 30 ml of cognac (liqueur, wine and other alcoholic beverages),
- olive oil and 3 teaspoons of semolina for sprinkling the mold.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the washed prunes in advance in 30 ml of brandy or liqueur for at least 2 hours (preferably at night).
Step 2
In a deep bowl, mix the eggs, starch and sugar with a fork until smooth.
Step 3
Add cottage cheese to the mixture and stir again until smooth.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with olive oil and sprinkle with semolina.
Step 5
Put prunes on the bottom of the mold, cover it with a curd mixture on top with an even layer.
Step 6
Sprinkle the top of the casserole with a thin layer of flour for a crispy crust.
Step 7
Bake the casserole for 30 minutes at 180 degrees (until golden brown).
