Cheesecake is a delicate dessert that can be prepared with or without baked goods. This variation of homemade vanilla cheesecake needs to be cooked, but it doesn't need to be oven-cooked. You can get by with a slow cooker - it will be even easier to make a vanilla cheesecake with it.
It is necessary
- - 600 g Philadelphia cheese;
- - 400 g of cookies;
- - 150 ml cream 20% fat;
- - 150 g butter;
- - 150 g icing sugar;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 tsp vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop cookies, mix with melted butter.
Step 2
Beat Philadelphia cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, add vanillin, pour in cream, beat in all three eggs.
Step 3
Put a mixture of cookies and butter in a multicooker bowl, level, press with your hands, form sides. The base for the cheesecake is ready.
Step 4
Pour the filling on top of the base, cook the vanilla cheesecake for 1 hour on the "Bake" mode.
Step 5
When the signal sounds that an hour has passed, do not rush to immediately open the multicooker. Let the dessert stand for another 15 minutes on the “Warm up” mode.
Step 6
After that, take out the dessert, cool at room temperature. Gently remove it from the multicooker bowl, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 7
After that, you can cut the chilled delicacy into portions, decorate at your discretion - although it will be enough just to pour the cheesecake on top with strawberry or any other berry jam.
