  • - 1 egg;
  • - 2 tbsp. tomato paste;
  • - pepper, salt.

Step 1

The duck lives up to its name. The duck will cook perfectly in it. To do this, take the carcass, rinse it, rub it inside and out with salt. Stuff with quarters of apples. Pinch the hole with toothpicks. Lubricate the bottom and sides of the duck with a small amount of vegetable oil, put the bird upside down.

Step 2

Place this dish in the oven, which is already preheated to 190 ° C, and bake for an hour. After that, open the lid, pour the released juice over the carcass. If you do not plan to use the apples with which the duck is stuffed (not everyone likes that they become too soft), then at this stage put apple slices without seeds on the side of the duck, bake them with the bird for 20 minutes. The first portion of apples did its job - it gave the meat an exquisite aroma. Take out the carcass, put it on a dish. When it cools a little, remove the apples from the belly, spread the baked apple slices around. You can use oranges instead.

Stir sour cream with water, add a little salt, pepper, pour this sauce over the ragout. Place in a hot oven at 180 ° C for 70 minutes. If desired, 15 minutes before the end of baking, put 100 g of grated coarse cheese on top and cover the container again with a lid.

In the roaster, you can cook stuffed zucchini. To do this, take a fruit the size of a duck. Peel it off, cut it in half, remove the seeds. Prepare the filling. Mix rice with minced meat, add a raw egg, coarsely grated carrots and finely chopped onions. Salt, pepper, mix these ingredients.

Step 6

Place half of the squash into the oiled roaster, cut side up. Put the minced meat in a slide in the recess. Cover with the other half, close the container with a lid, send it to the hot oven to bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C. Stir the sour cream with tomato paste and water in a bowl, pour the sauce over the zucchini, set the dish to cook for another 20 minutes. In the same way, you can cook stuffed cabbage rolls in a roaster, but they need to be poured with sauce before placing in the oven and cooking there for 45 minutes. For him, take 1 part sour cream and tomato paste for 4 parts of water.
