But apple soups are not so popular, which is a pity - apples will make a very nutritious light soup that can even be served to a child.

- - 120 g rose hips;
- - 120 ml sour cream;
- - 100 g of sugar.

Take a kilogram of ripe apples, rinse them, peel them, remove the seeds with a core. Do not rush to throw away the apple skins - they will still come in handy.

Cut the apples into slices, add the specified amount of sugar. Set aside for half an hour to soak.

At this time, sort out the rose hips, rinse it thoroughly. Dip in boiling water along with apple peels.
