What if you want a delicious, truly Italian thin crust pizza? It would seem that everything is simple - order! But this is not an ideal option - you cannot always be sure that the ordered pizza will be tasty, that the dough will be right and thin and will not burn. That, finally, it will be brought hot and you will not have to warm it up, spoiling the taste. So why not make your own pizza?

Instructions

Step 1

The hardest part about making pizza is making the right dough. First, dissolve the yeast in warm water.

Step 2

Pour a glass of flour into a bowl and add salt and oil there.

Step 3

Pour the diluted yeast into the flour.

Step 4

First, knead the dough with a bowl as long as possible, then put a pile of flour on the table, transfer the dough there and continue kneading until the dough stops sticking to your fingers.

Step 5

Transfer the dough to a large one, cover and place in a warm place to rise three times (this should take about an hour).

Step 6

After the dough has risen, crush it again and place on a floured table.

Step 7

Divide the dough in half and roll each half into an even, thin circle. This is the basis for our pizza.

Step 8

While the dough is rising, make the sauce. Peel and wash the onions, wash the tomatoes and peel them off - for this you need to pour boiling water over them and hold them for a few seconds, after which the peels are easily removed. If possible, it is also better to remove the seeds.

Step 9

Chop the onion and tomatoes finely, place them in a frying pan or stewpan with heated olive oil and simmer until the vegetables are more or less homogeneous.

Step 10

Add chopped garlic and seasonings to taste - herbs like basil and oregano, both fresh and dried, work best.

Step 11

Mix the prepared vegetables with a blender into a homogeneous mass.

Step 12

Spread this sauce over the base of the pizza.

Step 13

Lay out the filling on top: ham, mushrooms cut into plates, cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, different types of cheese, and so on. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese (the best variety for pizza is mozzarella).

Step 14

Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
