For the sauce, take 200 grams of butter and melt it at room temperature. Add to it a quarter cup of soy sauce, half a cup of lemon juice, two teaspoons of honey, a quarter teaspoon of ginger, half a cup of vegetable oil, 3-4 cloves of garlic and a quarter teaspoon of ground red pepper. Stir the sauce thoroughly and turn on the grill (you can use the grill instead of the grill). Sprinkle medium-sized boiled, defrosted shrimp with salt and sauce.
