Instructions
Step 1
Classic Cuban Mojito
Cut half the lime into several pieces. Pour brown cane sugar into a glass (preferably using a highball or collins). Squeeze out the juice of the lime wedges and toss in the rind. Place the mint leaves on top and heat a little to give the mint flavor. Fill the glass 1/3 full with ice. Ideally, this should be a crumb of ice, but if you don't have the ability to make it, you can use a regular one. Add rum and soda. Garnish with a slice of lime and a mint leaf.
Step 2
Strawberry mojito
Place some strawberries in a glass with lime and mint. Pour in the sugar syrup and crush all the ingredients with a spoon (ideally a mudler). Fill the glass to the top with ice. Pour in rum and soda. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon. Garnish with strawberries and a mint sprig.
Step 3
Blackberry mojito
It is prepared similarly to strawberry, but instead of strawberries, blackberries are used.
Step 4
Grape mojito
It is prepared similarly to strawberry, but using grapes. Served in a special sling glass.
Step 5
Royal mojito
A wine glass is used for this cocktail. Put mint leaves in it, squeeze out a little lime juice and throw the peels there. Fill the glass with ice to the top. Pour in the sugar syrup, rum and dry sparkling wine. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon and add more ice on top. Garnish with a slice of lime and a few mint leaves.
Step 6
Mojito sangria
Similar to the royal mojito, it is served in a wine glass. Place a few strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and mint leaves on the bottom. Add sugar and crush ingredients with a mudler or spoon. Squeeze the juice of the lime quarter. Fill the glass with ice to the top. Pour in rum and prosecco. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon and add more ice on top. Garnish the glass with blackberries, strawberries and blueberries.
