- 200 gr. cherry tomato
- 200 gr. fresh cucumbers
- 100 g bell pepper
- 200 gr. green salad
- 50 gr. fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 0.5 cups salted mineral water
- 1 lemon
- 2 onions
- ground black pepper
- spices to taste: thyme

- marjoram and oregano
- for the sauce:
- 1 glass of kefir
- 100 g cottage cheese 5% fat
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 gr. green dill

Step 1
Preparing medallions. Cut the lamb fillet into slices.

We make the marinade. Cut the lemon into slices.

Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Add spices, pepper, mineral water.

Mix the medallions with the marinade. We marinate for 3-4 hours.

Fry the medallions in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked for 10-15 minutes.

For the sauce, mix kefir, cottage cheese, garlic and dill with a blender. Salt the sauce.

Cut the cherry in half.
