Cauliflower is packed with healthy vitamins and is incredibly tasty. Ideal for potatoes and any cereal side dish.

- -560 grams of cauliflower
- -2 tsp olive oil
- -1 tsp ground dried rosemary
- -1/8 - 1/4 tsp chopped red pepper
- -1/4 teaspoon salt
- -1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Step 2
Rinse the cauliflower thoroughly. Distribute each head of cabbage into inflorescences. Transfer them to a bowl and pour thoroughly with olive oil. Stir.
Step 3
Sprinkle the cauliflower with rosemary, red pepper (optional), and salt.
Step 4
Transfer the cabbage to a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, turning from time to time, until the cauliflower is soft and light golden brown.
Step 5
Serve hot with potatoes, rice or goulash. Bon Appetit.
