- 500g cod fillet;

- 1 kg of mackerel;
- 2 heads of onions;
- 1/2 tsp marjoram;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;
- 2-3 sprigs of rosemary;
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cod with tomatoes and mozzarella
Rinse the cod fillets, dry, pour with lemon juice, put in a glass bowl, refrigerate for ten minutes. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut each into two halves, wash the basil, tear off the leaves, chop finely. Grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater, cut the mozzarella ball into thin strips.
Step 2
Take a baking dish, grease with oil or cover with special paper. Place the cod fillets in a mold, drizzle with olive oil, place the tomato halves, cut down, on the fillet.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180-200 ° C, bake the fillets for about 15 minutes, almost until tender. Remove the dish from the oven, sprinkle the chopped basil over the fish, place the mozzarella slices on top and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese. Place back in the oven and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Mackerel baked with cheese
Rinse the fish under cold running water, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into fillets. Cut it into small pieces - 2-3 centimeters.
Step 5
Wash and peel the onions, chop into thin half rings. Put the chopped fish fillets in an enamel or glass dish, pour with lemon juice, put chopped onions there, sprinkle with black pepper with marjoram, salt. Stir and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 6
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Take a deep frying pan, brush with half of the butter. Put the marinated fillet pieces in it, drizzle with olive oil. Preheat the oven, put a frying pan with fish there, bake until almost cooked, remove and sprinkle with cheese, bake for another 5 minutes.
Step 7
Pour the marinade into a deep frying pan, add the rest of the butter, boil. Serve the sauce with the fish. Decorate the finished dish with a couple of rosemary sprigs.
