The popular Bird's Milk sweets can be made with your own hands from readily available products.
It is necessary
- For filling:
- - gelatin - 1 tablespoon;
- - canned fruit syrup - 2 cups;
- - concentrated milk - 1 can.
- For glaze:
- - chocolate - 100 g;
- - sour cream - 3 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour one tablespoon of gelatin with syrup from whatever canned fruit you like best. Mix everything and leave to swell for about 1 hour. When the gelatin swells, add 1 more glass of liquid from the compote and put on low heat. Stir the mass constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved, and then remove it from heat. Let the solution cool.
Step 2
Pour in a can of concentrated milk and beat with a mixer until it turns into a foam. Pour the mass into molds and put in the cold for several hours. Milk-fruit jelly should harden well, but not freeze. Otherwise, the candy will not work. Turn the molds onto a board and remove the filling.
Step 3
Heat the chocolate bar and sour cream over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mass becomes homogeneous. Cool the frosting slightly and pour over the filling. Let the chocolate cool. Gently flip the candies over and cover with the remaining icing. Put the sweets in the refrigerator for about an hour, after which they can be served.
