Eg-nog is a Scottish holiday drink, translated as egg pot. In Scotland, it is usually cooked for Christmas. The main ingredients of the drink are milk, syrup and eggs. Eg-nog is prepared in a shaker, blender or mixer.

- The amount of food required to prepare 200 milliliters of drink.
- Eg-nog "Chocolate".
- Milk 120 milliliters, 1 egg, 40 milliliters of chocolate syrup.
- Eg-nog "Raspberry"
- 90 milliliters of milk, 1 egg, ice cream 50 g, raspberry syrup 20 milliliters.
- Eg-nog "Iskra"
- For 200 milliliters of drink: 80 milliliters of milk, 1 egg, 30 milliliters of cherry syrup, 50 milliliters of plum or peach juice.
- Eg-nog "Gnome"
- Milk 90 milliliters, 1 egg, tea syrup 20 milliliters, chocolate ice cream or creme brulee 50 g.
- Eg-nog "Sweetheart"
- 100 milliliters of milk, 1 egg, any fruit jelly 60 g.
- Eg-nog "Viru"
- Milk 60 milliliters, 1 egg, pumpkin juice 50 milliliters, tomato juice 50 milliliters.
Instructions
Step 1
Egg yolk and syrup are placed in a mixer glass, then ice, crushed beforehand, is added and beat until smooth.
Step 2
Beat the protein separately until the mass increases in volume by 5 - 7 times.
Step 3
The finished drink from the mixer is poured into a tall glass, half filled with crushed ice. With a spoon, gently mix the contents of the glass with an equal half of the whipped protein. The remaining protein is placed on top of the drink in the form of a cap.
