    • For stewed zucchini with minced meat:
    • zucchini 800 g;
    • minced meat 400 g;
    • onions 2 pcs;
    • garlic 2 cloves;
    • salt;
    • pepper.

Step 1

Stewed zucchini, which is perfect as a side dish for meat and poultry, is quite simple to prepare, it will take only 20-25 minutes to cook. Prepare all ingredients. Wash the zucchini, if its skin is rough and thick, then peel the zucchini from it. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Peel the onions and chop the onions finely. Scald tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin, chop finely.

Put a deep frying pan on high heat, add vegetable oil. Fry the onion until golden brown and soft, then add the chopped tomatoes to the onion and fry until the juice comes out of the tomatoes, about 4-5 minutes.
