Prepare this wonderful dessert from cozy Lviv pastry shops too!
It is necessary
- - 250 g 9% cottage cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 75 g of sugar;
- - 50 g butter;
- - zest of half a lemon;
- - a handful of raisins;
- - 0.5 tbsp. semolina;
- - 0.5 tbsp. butter;
- - 1 tbsp. cocoa powder;
- - 2 tbsp. sour cream;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara.
Instructions
Step 1
We take out the oil from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. We turn cottage cheese into a completely homogeneous mass, whipping it with a blender or rubbing it through a sieve.
Step 2
We divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar (75 g) until a glossy cream. Add cottage cheese, zest, semolina, soft butter (50 g) and a handful of raisins to the yolks. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Beat the whites separately (do not overdo it, so that later they do not come off in liquid!) And carefully combine with the rest of the ingredients with a spatula.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line the form with baking paper and pour the curd mass into it. We send it to a hot oven for 25-30 minutes. If the top of the cheesecake is too browned, cover it with foil. Cool the prepared cheesecake in the mold.
Step 5
In a small saucepan, mix 0.5 tbsp. butter, cocoa, sour cream and 1 tbsp. Sahara. Stir continuously until smooth and glaze over the curd. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for the night - it must be infused by all means!
