Ice cream is one of the most popular treats in the summer. And this is not surprising, because it perfectly cools in the heat. Everyone can make ice cream at home, a delicacy based on freshly squeezed juice turns out to be especially tasty.
The easiest and fastest way to make ice cream from juice
Take two bags (you need to use very strong bags), one of which is slightly larger than the other. Pour a glass of freshly squeezed juice into a smaller bag and tie it, in a larger bag, pour a couple of glasses of fine ice and one glass of coarse salt, and put a bag of juice here.
Tie the bag and begin shaking the structure vigorously until the juice hardens. This takes no more than three minutes. The juice ice cream is ready, now you can put it in vases and decorate with mint leaves.
Ice cream "Juicy"
To prepare this ice cream you need:
- 250 ml cream (35% fat);
- three tablespoons of condensed milk;
- 1/2 glass of freshly squeezed juice;
- 50 g of chocolate.
First chill the cream (hold it in the freezer for about 15 minutes), then start whipping it. As soon as their volume doubles, add condensed milk and juice, mix everything carefully. Place the mass in a special container and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
To make the ice cream more tender, it is necessary to remove the container from the freezer every half hour and beat the mass in it. As soon as the delicacy is ready, put it in vases and decorate with grated chocolate.
