- ½ teaspoon of baking soda, quenched with vinegar.

After mixing, add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 cups of flour to the dough.

The dough must be kneaded thoroughly after adding each new ingredient until smooth.

Then the form is placed in the oven, preheated to 150-160 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. In the process of baking charlotte, it is important to carefully monitor it so that it does not start to burn or, conversely, does not remain damp. Depending on this, you need to shorten or lengthen the baking time. After removing the finished apple dessert from the oven, chill it for a few minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar, sprinkle with fresh cranberries or cream and serve.
