Add a double serving of water to the pan compared to the rice, add salt and cook the grains until all the water is absorbed. This will take about 10 minutes.

Long-grain brown rice cooks the longest. However, it is he who is considered the most beneficial to health. Rinse a glass of beans, put them in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, flatten. Pour in three glasses of water, add salt. The water level should be three times the level of the rice laid out. If there is not enough liquid, add more. Cover the pot with a lid and cook until the water is completely absorbed. The process will take about 25 minutes.
