Step 1
Defrost the fish before cooking. After that, clean from the insides, cut off the fins and rinse well under running water. If the fish is large, then it is worth cutting into portions.

Break an egg into a bowl and beat well. Pour flour on a plate, add salt and fish spices.
Step 3
Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and put on fire. Dip each piece of fish first in an egg, then in flour and place in a hot pan. Fry fish until golden brown.
Step 4
Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots. Fry in a separate pan with the addition of sunflower oil.
Step 5
When the fish is almost fried, place the fried onions and carrots on top. Grease a little with mayonnaise and cover until tender. You can add some water.
Step 6
