It is necessary

    • horns (350 grams);
    • egg (3 pcs.);
    • onions (1 pc.);
    • milk (50-70 grams);
    • cheese (50 grams);
    • salt;
    • seasoning to taste;
    • fresh herbs.
    • Salad:
    • pickles (100 grams);
    • onions (80 grams);
    • beef (300 grams);
    • horseradish (50 grams);
    • vinegar;
    • salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour water into a small saucepan. Season with salt and bring to a boil. Pour the horns into boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring regularly. This will prevent them from sticking together.

Step 2

Wash, peel and chop the required amount of onions. Fry it in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the finished horns from heat. Drain the remaining water through a colander. Place the horns in a skillet and fry in vegetable oil.

Whisk 3 eggs and season with salt. Add some cow's milk, chopped herbs and seasoning to taste. Stir all ingredients until smooth.

Pour the mixture evenly over the horns and cover the pan with a lid. Cook this dish over low heat for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the cones at the end.

Make a salad. To do this, peel 300 grams of beef from tendons and film. Rinse it well. Cut the beef into thin strips and simmer in a little vegetable oil until cooked through.
