If you are using dry yeast, soak it in 100 g of warm water for 7 minutes before cooking. Pour kefir into the cooled oil, stir everything thoroughly and gradually add 2.5-3 cups of pre-sifted flour. As a result, the dough should be soft and not stick to your hands. Transfer the dough to a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap on top and set in a warm place for one hour to dry.
Step 2
Second way
Knead unleavened dough. To do this, melt 90 g of butter, add 75 g of cream, 30 g of sour cream, an egg, 15 g of sugar, 4 g of salt, mix everything thoroughly, and then add mixed 3 g of soda with 350 g of flour. Knead the dough without lumps and use to bake the cake.

Add salt on the tip of a knife, half a teaspoon of sugar to the yolks and mix well. Add 200 g of softened margarine to the yolks, stir. Then add 200 g of sour cream to the margarine with yolks and mix everything thoroughly again. Gradually add flour, knead the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Divide the cooled dough into two parts in a 1: 2 ratio.
Roll out a flat cake from most of it and put it in a baking dish, making sides and forming a "plate" out of the dough.
