And the lamb will roast much longer, and there is a risk of "running into" the female meat, which has a specific smell. So good beef - brisket or thigh, cut into small pieces of 10-15 g, salted and pepper, will be the ideal meat for shawarma.

Chop vegetables. Fresh cucumbers and cabbage - in strips, tomatoes - in small cubes (it is advisable to remove the skin and seeds from a tomato first). Salt. The proportions of vegetables can be arbitrary, but most often 30 g of fried meat, 50 g of vegetable salad and 25 g of sauce are used for 1 pita. If desired, the tab of the ingredients can be increased, as well as replaced with vegetables selected at will or according to the season.

Collect the shawarma using pita bread, wrap the filling like an envelope. You can also use corn tortillas. Although this will be a slightly different dish, in fact, they will work too.
