    • a pinch of ground nutmeg;
    • whipped cream or natural yogurt.

Instructions

Step 1

The easiest option for a healthy and hearty breakfast is a nutritious banana shake. For three servings, cut two large bananas into slices and place them in a blender. Add two cups of cold, low-fat milk and a few strawberries or a handful of fresh or frozen raspberries. Beat the mixture until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve.

Step 2

If you want to turn breakfast into a complete dessert, add a serving of ice cream to the banana milk mixture. Instead of berries, you can put a little cocoa in the cocktail. Sprinkle the finished drink with grated chocolate and pour into glasses, supplying each with a thick straw.

Step 3

Kids will love the banana curd casserole. Mash a pack of low-fat cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add the egg and sifted flour. Stir the mixture thoroughly and pour the milk into it. Place the sliced bananas in a fireproof dish and cover them with the resulting dough. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.

Step 4

Make vanilla sauce. In a small saucepan, grind an egg and sugar, add 2 tablespoons flour, a pinch of vanilla and stir well. Heat milk in a separate container. Pour it into the egg mixture and place on the stove. Stir continuously and cook until thickened. Refrigerate the cream. To remove any lumps, rub it through a fine sieve. Place the casserole slices on plates and cover them generously with the sauce.

Step 5

Bananas are also appropriate on the festive table. Surprise your guests with an unusual Caribbean-style dessert. Peel the bananas, cut them into thick slices and place on a greased baking sheet. Squeeze the juice from the orange, cut the zest into thin strips. Combine orange juice, zest, nutmeg, dark rum, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg.

Step 6

Pour the mixture over the sliced fruit and place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve bananas on dessert bowls, topping each serving with whipped cream or a couple of tablespoons of unflavored natural yogurt.
