Pangasius is a fish with a very specific taste and aroma. But the main thing is to be able to cook it correctly, then it turns out fragrant and juicy. Prepare the pangasius fillet in batter.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg pangasius fillet;
- - 200 g flour;
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 2 eggs;
- - allspice, salt;
- - vegetable oil.

Step 1
First, rinse the pangasius fillet thoroughly and pat dry on paper towels. After that, cut into portions, pepper, salt to taste. You can sprinkle the fish with fresh lemon juice - this way you will definitely beat off its specific aroma.

Prepare the fish batter. Beat the chicken eggs along with a pinch of salt and allspice, pour in the milk, gradually start adding flour, constantly stirring the resulting dough. To taste, you can add any fragrant herbs to the batter so that the fish gains an even greater pleasant aroma. The dough should not be overly thin or thick.

Dip each piece of prepared fillet in a fragrant batter, put the fish in a preheated pan with a little vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown, then turn the pieces of fish, fry on the other side, too, until a crust forms. The fish usually cooks quickly - a few minutes on each side should be sufficient.
