Excellent instant fish dish. Thanks to the delicate potato coat, any fish will turn out to be tender and juicy. According to the recipe, you need to take trout, but another moderately fatty fish will do.

- - 3 potatoes;
- - 1 egg;
- - half a lemon;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour.

Step 1
First, prepare the fish, for this rinse it, dry it on paper towels, cut into small portions. It is better to take a fillet, but if you have fish with bones, then first try to pull out all the bones. Season the prepared fish with spices, salt to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice. Squeeze the juice from fresh lemon.

Peel fresh potatoes, rub on a coarse grater, squeeze out excess juice from it, beat in an egg, add flour. Knead thoroughly - you get a potato dough.

"Put" pieces of prepared fish in a coat of potatoes on all sides, pressing tightly.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, put red fish fillets in potato batter, cook on both sides until golden brown. Then reduce heat to low, cover the pan with a lid, simmer for another 30 minutes.

Serve the cooked baked trout hot with any fresh vegetables. You can make a vegetable salad as a side dish for a low-fat, nutritious lunch or dinner.
