- - one chicken egg;
- - half a lemon;
- - flour - 2 tablespoons.

Cut the fish fillet into portions, salt, add any spices to taste, drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Step 2
Wash potatoes, peel, rub on a large grater. Add flour and egg, mix well. Breaded the fish in the resulting potato batter (press it harder!).
