- For 2 servings:
- - 1 pangasius fillet,
- - 100-150 g of durum wheat spaghetti,
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 tomato,
- - 1 zucchini,
- - 1/2 yellow bell pepper,
- - 1 tbsp. l. cream (30%),
- - 2 tbsp. l. olive oil,
- - salt,
- - pepper to taste,
- - a small bunch of parsley,
- - 2 medium basil leaves,
- - 0.5 glasses of water or dry white wine.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the onion, cut into half rings, add the cubes of zucchini and pepper. After 6-7 minutes. put tomato cubes and pour in water. We boil for 2 minutes. and add the diced fish fillet.
Step 2
After 3 min. add cream, salt, pepper, cook for another 2 minutes. Add chopped parsley and basil. We mix. The sauce is ready.
Step 3
Put the spaghetti in boiling salted water and boil them until half cooked. We discard the boiled spaghetti in a colander, let the water drain. Put the spaghetti back into the pan, season with the prepared sauce.
