Instructions

Step 1

Heat 2 liters of water for future fruit drink. Mash 1 kg of cranberries with a wooden pestle. Add 50-70 g of granulated sugar to the berries. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then rub through a sieve. Set aside the puree mixture of fruit drink, pour the remaining cake with boiling water, boil for 10 minutes, then strain. Add the cranberry puree set aside earlier, let it brew for several hours. Traditional cranberry drink fruit drink is ready.

Step 2

Rinse the dried fruits from which you want to make compote. It can be dried apples, pears, prunes, dried apricots, raisins, or any other of your choice. For a drink with oriental notes, you can dip a cinnamon stick and 5-6 cardamom fruits in boiling water. Just do not add sugar, dried fruits intended for compote, and so have it in excess. If you observe the correct proportion - 400 g of dried fruits for 2 liters of water - there will definitely not be a shortage of sweetness.

Step 3

Prepare fruit for fresh juice. The most juicy citrus fruits: oranges, tangerines, grapefruits. Also, pineapple is one of the fruits from which a lot of juice is obtained. Citrus juices are rich in vitamins, in particular, vitamin C. Such juices can be recommended in the autumn-spring period. To make citrus juice, cut the fruit in half and process each half in a centrifugal juicer.

Step 4

Take milk and ice cream - we will make a milkshake. For every 500 ml. milk with a fat content of at least 3.5% will need 250 g of ice cream. Unfortunately, more and more ice cream is made with the addition of emulsifiers, due to which it has a lower fat content. On the one hand, excess fat is harmful to the body, on the other hand, additional emulsifiers often also have a negative effect on health. The conclusion suggests itself: they would have left the fat content of the ice cream! In general, if the ice cream is "dietary", add an additional 50-70 g of heavy cream (at least 35% fat) to the milkshake, otherwise the cocktail will not churn. For lovers, you can diversify this drink with various syrups. 1 tsp enough syrup to turn a glass of milkshake into strawberry, cherry, or raspberry.
