To prepare the base for homemade ice cream, you will need 3 eggs, 300 ml of cream, 70 g of sugar. The whites must be separated from the yolks. Then the whites are whipped in a separate container with the addition of a pinch of salt. Beat the yolks in another container with added sugar. The cream is also whipped separately.
Now mix the cream with the whites and gently pour the whites into them in a thin stream. If you add a flavor filler, it should be done right now. Now place the prepared mixture in the freezer. While it is freezing, it is useful to stir it a couple of times - this will help prevent the formation of ice floes. It takes five to six hours to prepare such ice cream.
To get chocolate ice cream, you need to include 100 g of dark or dark chocolate in the ingredients - according to your taste. Break the chocolate into pieces, melt until liquid, cool and mix with the liquid ice cream mixture before placing in the freezer. Grated chocolate can be added to chocolate ice cream.
To make lemon ice cream with a light refreshing taste, add lemon and a can of condensed milk to the base ingredients; you won't need eggs for this delicacy. Squeeze out a lemon - you need about 50 ml of juice. Whip the cream until thick, add condensed milk to them, mix. Pour in the juice, mix everything again. Pour the mixture into a mold and place in the freezer. Take out every two hours, stir and put back, and so on until everything hardens. It turns out delicious lemon ice cream with a slight sourness. Before serving, you can decorate with fruits, mint leaves.
