It is necessary

    • pasta (300 g);
    • can of stewed meat (450 g);
    • onions (1 piece);
    • tomato paste (2 tablespoons);
    • Bulgarian pepper (2 pieces);
    • garlic (2 cloves);
    • butter and vegetable oil;
    • salt and hot pepper to taste;
    • greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour half a pot of water and put on fire. When the water boils violently, add salt and add pasta. After a minute, stir everything well. The pasta should not stick to the bottom of the pot or cook in a single lump. Cook as much as indicated on the package. Do not overcook the pasta to avoid making a gooey mass.

Step 2

Set a colander over the sink and drain the finished pasta into it. Shake to release any remaining water. Transfer the pasta to a saucepan, add a lump of butter or a spoonful of vegetable oil. Stir and cover.

Step 3

Make the stew sauce. Open a can of stew. Peel the cloves and chop finely. Divide the bell pepper in half, remove the tail and seeds. Rinse under the tap and cut into cubes. Peel the onions and chop them as you like.

Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. When it sizzles, add the garlic and lightly fry. Then add the onions and bring them to transparency. Pour bell pepper into the hot mass and simmer everything lightly under the lid. Make sure not to burn, stir in time.

Step 5

Dump the stew from the jar onto a cutting board. Remove peppercorns and bay leaves, excess fat, if any. Divide the meat fibers into small pieces.

Step 6

Try to buy a good stew. Look at the label carefully. Vegetable protein should not be listed there. Soy blotches will ruin the whole taste of the dish. Buy stew from trusted manufacturers. Shake the can before buying, a good stew does not flop in the tin.

Step 7

Transfer the stew from the board to the softened pepper. Stir your sauce. Add tomato paste and ground hot pepper. If you like spicy, buy fresh red peppers. Remove seeds from it and add to the dish. Boil the sauce.

Step 8

Place a serving of pasta in a plate, place a few spoonfuls of sauce from the pan on top. Decorate with herbs.
