Instructions

Step 1

Only fully ripe fruits can be eaten, the pulp of an unripe avocado is solid and absolutely tasteless. The ripe fruit is soft to the touch, and when you press on the rind, a small dent remains on it. Avocados can be used to make sauces, sandwiches, salads, cocktails or desserts. Due to its neutral taste, the fruit goes well with seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, crabs), ham, chicken, cheese, eggs, vegetables, fish. Most often, avocados are eaten raw, because after heat treatment they begin to taste slightly bitter.

Step 2

For the shrimp avocado salad, take 3 small fruits and carefully cut them in half. Divide the fruit into two halves and peel them, remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut each half into small wedges. Place the fruit on a flat plate, place the pre-boiled and peeled shrimp on top and pour the sauce over the salad. For it, mix 6 tablespoons of natural yogurt or sour cream, 1 lime (lemon) zest, coriander and black pepper to taste.

Step 3

An original appetizer that will decorate any festive table - an avocado stuffed with cheese. Take 2 avocados, cut them in half, peel them and remove the seeds. Sprinkle the halves with lemon juice to keep the fruit from browning. Prepare the filling - mix 200 g of Roquefort cheese, 5 tablespoons of cream, some dry white wine, basil and red pepper. Beat the mixture with a blender. Place the prepared minced meat inside the avocado halves and decorate the dish with olives.
