- - 175 g of onions;
- - 210 g of carrots;
- - 130 ml sour cream;
- - 430 g of frozen vegetables;
- - 1 egg;
- - salt pepper;
- - 40 g bread crumbs;
- - 35 ml of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse carrots, peel, cut into slices. Peel the onions, cut into small pieces. Wash pork and beef, dry, scroll through a meat grinder. Then pass the meat through a meat grinder again along with onions and carrots.
Step 2
Mix the resulting minced meat with salt and pepper. Beat the egg thoroughly, add sour cream to it, salt, pepper and mix well.
Step 3
Boil frozen vegetables in salted water, then drain and cool. Grate the cheese on a medium-sized grater.
Step 4
Grease a special baking dish with sunflower oil and lightly sprinkle with bread crumbs. Put the minced meat in the form, put the boiled vegetables on it, pour the mixture of sour cream and egg on top.
Step 5
Bake the dish in the oven for about 45 minutes at a temperature of no more than 190 degrees. At the end of baking, sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
