Step 1
Prepare the necessary work material. You will need regular metal corrugated cupcake tins, compasses, scissors, a pencil or ballpoint pen, and baking paper.
Step 2
Measure the diameter of the molds. If you want to make high walls of the future corrugated shape, add 2 centimeters to the resulting value. The tall walls will make it easier to remove the cupcakes from the molds, and the edges of the metal mold will not get dirty.
Step 3
Divide the diameter by 2 and set this value on the compass. Draw circles of the desired radius on baking paper. If you don’t want to draw with a compass, simply attach the shape to the paper and trace around it. It is better to fold the paper in several layers at once, so as not to draw each shape separately.
Step 4
Fold the resulting paper circles together in 7-8 pieces and dip them in a cup of water so that they are properly wet. The baking paper is thick enough and the mugs will not disperse in the water.
Step 5
Place a wet circle around a corrugated baking dish and cover with another mold. Try to make the edges of the paper as even as possible so that the forms are then neat.
Step 6
Leave the molds on the battery overnight to dry completely. After a while, remove the metal forms and dry the paper.
Step 7
After the paper molds are dry, you need to put them in the basic metal molds and you can fill them with dough. The advantage of the resulting molds is that they will easily fall behind the base and save the cupcakes from burning. And then you can easily bend them off the cake and eat calmly without getting your hands dirty. Making such a baking dish is very simple, and you can even instruct children to make them, who will take up such work with pleasure.
