Three courses are enough (main, light salad and dessert). You can use well-known aphrodisiacs (dates, bananas, apples, eggs, red fish and seafood) to prepare them, recipes from these products are as delicious as simple.

    • For the shrimp cocktail salad:
    • 300 g peeled shrimp (or krill meat);
    • 300 g of cucumbers;
    • 200 g carrots;
    • 300 g apples;
    • 1 lime;
    • greens;
    • 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
    • 4 tbsp. l. cream.
    • Breaded salmon fillet:
    • 300 g fish fillet;
    • 20 g flour;
    • 200 g of onions;
    • 50 g of vegetable oil;
    • 1/2 lemons;
    • olives;
    • greens;
    • salt;
    • ground pepper.
    • For curd cream with raspberries:
    • 250 g of cottage cheese;
    • 150 g raspberries;
    • 80 g of honey;
    • zest with 1/2 lemon;
    • 100 ml of milk.

Instructions

Step 1

Shrimp cocktail salad

This dish takes 15 minutes to cook. Canned shrimp or krill meat is used without pretreatment. If you have frozen shrimp, then boil them in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Please note: you need to dip the shrimp into boiling water. Cool the boiled shrimp, free the necks from the shell and be sure to remove the vein. Set aside a few shrimp to decorate the dish, and cut the rest. Chop cucumbers, apples and carrots into thin strips. To prevent the apples from darkening, sprinkle them with lemon juice. Lay cucumbers, carrots, apples and shrimps in tall wine glasses or bowls. Mix mayonnaise with cream, add a few drops of lime juice. Pour the mayonnaise sauce on top of the cocktail salad, garnish with whole shrimps, herbs and slices of orange or lemon.

Salmon fillets

The cooking time is 20 minutes. Wash and dry the fish fillets (if there is no salmon, fillets of any other marine fatty fish are suitable for preparing this dish). Cut it into 3-5 pieces per serving. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and bread in flour. Peel the onions, chop finely and fry in a pan with heated vegetable oil. Add the fish pieces and cook together for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet. Garnish the stir-fry with vegetables, garnish with lemon slices, olives and herbs.

Step 3

Curd cream with raspberries

It will take you no more than 15 minutes to prepare this dish. Wash the lemon well and peel off the zest. In a bowl, combine honey, milk, cottage cheese, zest, and most of the raspberries (save a few whole berries for garnish). Beat all ingredients with a mixer. When serving, put the curd cream with a slide in a vase or bowl, garnish with raspberries. Sprinkle some grated chocolate on top, if desired.
