It is necessary

A juicer, a bottle (the optimal volume is a container of 10 or 20 liters) with a plastic lid and a tube, pots (other dishes), unwashed raisins, sugar, apples

Instructions

Step 1

Initially, it is necessary to harvest apples of sufficient ripeness, and preferably not damaged by pests or decay. The optimal time for harvesting "Antonovka" apples for the production of homemade wine from them is mid-August - mid-September, depending on weather conditions. Anisovka apples are harvested a few weeks later. For a 10-liter bottle of wine, you need to collect at least 4-5 buckets of apples.

Step 2

Then, the collected apples must be thoroughly washed, cut in half (if the fruits are too large, then into a quarter), put them in prepared cups (pots, other dishes) and put next to the juicer. Also, in the immediate vicinity of the juicer, it is necessary to place a bottle into which the apple juice will finally merge, a spoon for removing foam, containers for apple pomace (leftovers), and apple juice.

Step 3

The next steps are the direct preparation of apple juice, and pouring it into a bottle. It is advisable to drain the juice through folded cheesecloth several times. The bottle should be no more than 3/4 full. After filling it with apple juice into a 10-liter bottle, add 1 kilogram of sugar (more is possible), 300-400 grams of unwashed raisins, and stir all its contents. After adding all the ingredients, a cap with a tube is put on the bottle, which is necessary for the successful fermentation of the prepared wine material.

Step 4

The bottle is placed in a warm room for several weeks, then moved to a cooler place (underground, balcony, etc.). A bottle of water is placed next to the bottle, into which the tube of the bottle must be lowered.

Step 5

We wait 2-3 months, take out the bottle, pour its contents into cans (bottles), or directly use the resulting homemade apple wine.
