Are you bored with purchased wines and want to diversify their taste? Then add different fruits to red wine and you get a completely new incredible taste! For this recipe, take peaches, cherries and clementines (the closest relatives of the well-known tangerines).
It is necessary
- For ten servings:
- - 1.5 liters of dry red wine;
- - 750 ml red lambrusco;
- - 800 g of sweet cherries;
- - 4 peaches;
- - 3 clementines;
- - 300 ml of pineapple juice;
- - 30 g vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse large ripe cherries, remove seeds from each berry. Cover the cherries with vanilla sugar and stir. Leave the berries aside - let them infuse.
Step 2
Prepare the peaches and clementines for now. Instead of peaches, you can take nectarines, and instead of clementines, tangerines. But still, try to find exactly clementines - they have a very subtle, refined aroma. Cut the fruit into cubes, slices, slices - whatever you like. Put them to the sweet cherries in sugar.
Step 3
Pour red wine and lambrusco wine over fruits and berries, add pineapple juice, mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. You can keep the wine with fruit in the refrigerator for longer - the drink will only benefit from this, becoming even richer.
Step 4
Serve the finished red wine with fruit in glasses along with a fruit spoon. Add ice cubes to the wine if you wish.
