For some of us, the question of how to brew tea correctly has never been asked - just take a tea bag and pour boiling water over it. Such people do not even imagine what pleasure they are depriving themselves of, because real tea is not only a tasty and aromatic drink, but also a whole philosophy. It is not for nothing that many peoples have their own traditional ways of brewing tea - real tea ceremonies. However, all of them have several key rules that will help to maximize the properties of this drink.

Instructions

Step 1

Any properly brewed tea starts with good water. Do not even use settled water, poured from the tap, it is already treated with chemicals and will hopelessly kill the aroma of the tea. If you cannot use well or spring water, buy bottled water.

Step 2

Neither black nor green tea is brewed with steep boiling water. Green tea is brewed with boiled water cooled down to 75-80 ° C. Black tea is poured with boiling water when there is a characteristic noise of bubbles bursting on the surface, the so-called "white key".

Step 3

For brewing any tea, preference is given to porcelain or ceramic teapots, which keep warm well and do not allow the drink to "flirt". It is completely undesirable to use metal teapots. Before pouring tea inside, the kettle must be rinsed with boiling water to warm it up and eliminate odors.

Step 4

The amount of tea depends on the volume of the teapot - black tea is put in a teaspoon per glass and one more on top, green tea is one and a half times more.

Step 5

Water is poured into the kettle by two-thirds, close it with a lid, and after three or four minutes it is added to the end. In order for all layers of tea infusion to mix, it is recommended to pour it into a cup three times, the contents of which are then drained back.

Step 6

It is also better to drink tea from porcelain or ceramic cups and mugs. In order to better feel the taste and aroma of tea, you need to eat sweets "with a bite", it is better not to pour sugar into a cup. Tea is not poured into cups to the brim, leaving a place so that the aroma does not evaporate.
