The most delicious coffee is brewed in a small metal or ceramic pot. It is drunk from small cups, the volume of which does not exceed 100 ml. If you drink Turkish coffee, then after each sip, coffee is washed down with fresh ice water, which allows you to fully reveal the taste and aroma of this drink. Oriental coffee can be washed down with lemon acidified water at the end of the process, in order to rinse the mouth from insoluble coffee particles.

When serving coffee in cezve or Turk, when it is brewed with froth, first, froth is spread over the cups with a special spoon, and only then the coffee is carefully poured. If the coffee is supposed to be sweet, then sugar is added directly during brewing.

It is better not to mix coffee with cognac or liqueur when brewing. They are served in separate small glasses and washed down in small sips.

It is customary to drink coffee with whipped cream through a straw or from a cup in small sips. If desired, cream and milk can be served separately with coffee, while they are poured warmed into a special milk jug and poured into the drink after it has been poured into cups.

On a hot day, you can enjoy iced coffee. To do this, they also use a straw, and the ice that did not have time to melt is left in the cup.

Iced coffee is served in tall glasses, so it is convenient to drink it through a straw. If the ice cream hasn't melted yet, you can use a spoon.
