Chocolate cake with nuts
For the test:
- 1 faceted glass of flour
- 1/2 faceted cup granulated sugar
- 1 faceted glass of chopped walnuts
- 4 eggs
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa powder
For the cream:
- 1 1/4 cups of faceted powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup faceted butter (softened)
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp. spoons of milk
Preparation:
- Prepare the dough first. Beat eggs and granulated sugar with a mixer until the mass becomes fluffy and fluffy. This may take a few minutes. In a separate container, sift the wheat flour and cocoa powder, carefully add them to the egg mass.
- Melt dark chocolate in any convenient way. Add chocolate, chopped nuts and butter to the dough. Stir and pour into a split pan covered with baking paper.
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C, place the dish with the dough there and bake for 30-35 minutes. You should have a fairly firm crust. Let it cool, then gently cut into 2 or 3 pieces.
- For the cream, melt the chocolate. Whisk butter, powder and milk until a pale, fluffy mass. Add some cooled chocolate.
- Layer the cakes with cream, spread the remaining cream over the surface of the cake with a spatula. Decorate the cake to your liking, such as chocolate chips or walnut kernels.
Chocolate muffins
- 200 g flour
- 200 g chocolate
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
Preparation:
- Mash softened butter with granulated sugar until a light fluffy mass. Add eggs one at a time and then add chopped chocolate. Stir.
- Combine flour and baking powder, sift and add to the chocolate-butter mass. Knead a not very thick dough.
- Place corrugated paper capsules in silicone molds and fill them with dough about 2/3 of the height. Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for 25 minutes.
- Check the muffins for readiness with a toothpick. It should come out of the dough dry. Cool the finished muffins and decorate with "caps" of any cream, for example, as from the previous recipe.
Brownie with Nutella pasta
- 2 cups chopped dark and milk chocolate
- 200 ml of Nutella type chocolate paste
- 115 g butter
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 100 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Melt the butter and one and a half cups of chocolate chips over low heat. Place the mixture in a cool place and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Combine eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. In another bowl, stir together the flour and salt. When the chocolate mass is cool enough, add it to the egg mass.
- Add flour gradually and stir. Finally add the remaining chopped chocolate and Nutella. Put the resulting mass in a rectangular or square shape, greased and powdered with flour.
- Place in an oven preheated to 175 ° C and bake for 35-45 minutes. Let the brownie cool slightly, then remove from the baking sheet.
